Terms of Service

Jinan Yoker Auto Parts (Jinan Yoker Auto Parts Inc) supplies automotive aftermarket and OEM-replacement parts on a business-to-business basis only. These terms apply to every quotation, sample and purchase order between Jinan Yoker and the buyer.

Product lines covered by these terms:

• Brake discs and brake drums
• Cooling radiators (aluminium, tube-and-fin core)
• Air conditioning condensers
• Cast, forged, light-truck, off-road and steel wheel rims
• Electric cooling fans and related accessories

Current models are listed in the full Jinan Yoker product catalogue. Product images and descriptions online are for reference; the confirmed specification in the written order prevails.

Only a written quotation confirmed by Jinan Yoker is binding. Prices, quantities and terms given verbally, by chat or on the website are indicative until confirmed in writing.

• A quotation states the part number or OE number, specification, quantity, unit price, packaging and trade terms.
• An order is confirmed once both parties accept the written quotation or proforma invoice and any agreed payment terms are met.
• Minimum order quantities vary by product line and model; the applicable MOQ is stated in each quotation.
• Changes to a confirmed order require written agreement from both parties and may affect price and lead time.

Jinan Yoker provides free samples so buyers can verify fitment and quality before placing a bulk order. Sample availability, models and quantities are confirmed case by case.

• Sample requests should include the vehicle model, OE number or wheel specification, and the intended order volume.
• Sample parts are free of charge; the handling of international courier costs is agreed with the buyer before dispatch.
• Customized samples (special sizes, finishes or branding) are subject to separate written agreement.
• An approved sample serves as the quality reference for the corresponding bulk order.

The buyer provides accurate fitment data; Jinan Yoker produces or allocates stock only after both parties confirm that data in writing. Parts made to confirmed data are considered correctly supplied.

If fitment data is incomplete or conflicting, Jinan Yoker will query it before production. Returns or replacements caused by incorrect buyer-supplied data are handled at the buyer's cost.

All goods ship in export-standard packaging to destinations worldwide. The lead time binding on both parties is the one stated in the order confirmation.

• Goods are supplied from finished stock or produced to order, with full-process inspection before packing.
• Trade terms, shipping method, port and transfer of risk follow the confirmed quotation.
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, port congestion or events beyond reasonable control do not constitute a breach; Jinan Yoker will inform the buyer promptly.
• Buyers should inspect goods on arrival and report visible transit damage or shortages in writing with photos.

Condensers can ship under the RCAP trademark or under the buyer's OEM trademark, and wheels can be customized in size, color, PCD, ET and CB. Ownership of each brand and design stays with its rightful holder.

• RCAP is a trademark used by Jinan Yoker; buyers may not use it beyond reselling genuine RCAP-marked goods.
• A buyer requesting OEM or private-label marking confirms that it owns or is licensed to use that trademark and indemnifies Jinan Yoker against third-party claims.
• Drawings, logos and specifications supplied by the buyer remain the buyer's property and are used only for that buyer's orders.
• Vehicle brand names and OE numbers are used for fitment reference only and do not imply affiliation with any vehicle manufacturer.

Jinan Yoker's total liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. Jinan Yoker is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit, downtime or labor costs.

• Brake and wheel components are safety parts and must be installed by qualified technicians to the vehicle manufacturer's procedures.
• The buyer is responsible for confirming that goods meet the import and certification rules of its destination market for the models ordered.
• These terms and each order are governed by the law agreed in the sales contract; where none is specified, the law of the seller's place of business applies.
• Disputes are first settled through good-faith negotiation, then through the forum named in the sales contract.

Where a signed sales contract conflicts with these terms, the signed contract prevails.
